Our medical practice is currently scheduling appointments and seeing patients during the Covid-19 pandemic. Patients may be asked to complete a Covid-19 screening and be asked to answer related questions upon their arrival. As the circumstances surrounding Covid-19 are changing frequently, we may need to update our operations and policies without notice.
- All patients and visitors are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth at all times. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the policy violator being asked to leave.
- Patients are required to stand 6-feet apart unless otherwise instructed.
- Patients may be asked to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer upon entering the medical office.
- During this time, we may have to limit visitors to our medical practice.
- Our medical practice may opt to conduct certain consultations via telemedicine or video conferencing technologies.
